What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping charges are based upon the supplier location, recipient location, and product type.

We offer flat rate shipping on certain products and the Buyer-provided delivery address will determine the shipping charges on other products. We may also offer shipping promotions. Buyers are asked to update their delivery address when adding a product to their shopping cart.

On those products where the shipping rate is dependent upon the Buyer’s location but no delivery address is provided, an estimated shipping charge may be calculated. However, this estimated shipping charge is only an estimate and the final shipping charge is not guaranteed until the Buyer provides the delivery address.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We currently accept PayPal and major credit cards.
How long will delivery take?
Products are shipped directly from our suppliers, located in the United States and overseas Countries.

We prioritize U.S.-based shipping on a majority of our listed products, whenever possible.

Products with multiple “Ship From” locations will list those on their product pages.

Most products should arrive within 5-7 days, but please allow 15-20 days with overseas shipments.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your payment details are handled directly by our credit card processor, Stripe.

This way you can make your purchase with confidence, as your details are kept secure.

What exactly happens after ordering?
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and your payment is confirmed.

Then you will receive an order processing email once our supplier(s) process your order.

Then you will receive multiple shipment tracking and delivery emails as our supplier(s) ship your order and the shipping carrier(s) deliver your order.

If there are any delays or issues with your order or delivery, we will contact you at each step of the above process.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, you’ll receive an invoice soon after ordering as part of the order confirmation email.
